Hemming Shipping Policy (Free Local Delivery – Cape Town Only)

At Hemming, we aim to provide a fast, reliable, and seamless delivery experience. Please review our updated shipping terms below.

1. Delivery Area

We currently offer delivery within Cape Town only.
Nationwide shipping will be added in the future as we scale.

2. Delivery Time

We offer a 2-day delivery promise for all Cape Town deliveries.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your exact location, courier availability, or unforeseen circumstances, but we always aim to deliver as quickly as possible.

3. Shipping Rates

Free Delivery (Cape Town Only)

All Cape Town orders include free delivery, with no minimum spend required.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking or delivery confirmation.

5. Local Collection (Cape Town)

We also offer free local collection at our Cape Town concept location:

Longmarket Street, Schotsche Kloof

Collections must be made within 7 days of purchase.

6. Delivery Delays

While we maintain a 2-day delivery standard, delays may occur due to:

Factors beyond our control

7. Lost or Stolen Parcels

Hemming is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier or email us at hemmingstore@gmail.com, and we will assist you.

8. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.
Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded.
