At Hemming, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns on all full-priced items within 7 days of the order being delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

Please note:

  • Returns requested after 7 days cannot be accepted

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, deodorant, fragrance, or damage will not be accepted

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery (subject to stock availability).

To request an exchange, please email:

If the requested size or colour is no longer available, you may choose a refund or store credit.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment

  • Refunds typically take 5–7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items returned after the 7-day window

  • Items not in original condition

  • Items with signs of wear, washing, or damage

  • Sale or discounted items


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include photos of:

  • The item

  • The defect

  • The packaging and shipping label

We will replace the item at no cost, or issue a refund if stock is unavailable.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items not in original condition
